Have just started with the classes, but they have been very good about explaining exercises, proper form, responding to questions, and modifying exercises to my ability.

This place is a hole in the wall (THIS is a EXCELLENT thing) easy place to go to. Not some fancy gym where everybody is super tan, gorgeous and already fit. This is throw on some sweats and work your buns off. It is wonderful because its a group setting and you have a coach pushing you to work harder and keep good form. The trainer modifies moves for those are brand new vs those who have been going for awhile.
