What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our coaches have years of experience in meditation yoga and cross-cultural counseling/coaching. We practice our meditation on the beach, surrounded by the nature/ocean and of course white noise. Our goal is not to quiet the world around us but to quiet the mind within.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Receiving the gifts of mindfulness, peace and balance from other coaches and practitioners, inspired us to share those gifts with others. Spending time in Malibu, watching the ocean and being surround by the mountains moved us to open the meditation sessions that could benefit many.
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping and sharing what we have learned, because it helped us to improve our lives on many levels. Also, spending time with people that strive for the same goal is an uplifting experience. Plus, being on the sun, watching the ocean and feeling the sand under our feet. It’s very healing.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Those that practice daily reported improved attitude, performance, higher creativity, effective coping, decreased anxiety, reduced stress, improved focus, and being able to enjoy the present. Practitioners stressed how they became more aware and able to live in the present.
