Choose Between Two Options
- $35 for one five-week group salsa course for one (a $70 value)
- $35 for two private salsa lessons for one or two (a $120 value)
Group classes meet every Thursday at 8 p.m. Course sessions begin on the following dates in 2015: May 7, June 11, July 16, August 20, September 24, October 29, and December 3, and on the following dates in 2016: January 21, February 25, March 31, May 5, June 9, July 14, August 18, September 22, October 27, and December 1.
During 60-minute group salsa classes, instructors lead student of all experience levels through footwork and turns, harmonizing movements with percussion instruments such as congas, timbales, and claves. Classes are followed by open dance parties that end at 11 p.m. Alternatively, in private lessons, teachers work personally with singles and couples to refine movement and form.
About Mambo Pa Ti Dance Company
Drawing from years of training and performance experience, Carlos Gonzalez and his team of dance instructors lead a variety of lively Latin dance classes. The expert dancers conduct classes in New York–style salsa, bachata, and choreography, even offering a special kids' program that introduces youngsters to the steps and history of various styles. True to their company's name—which translates to "Mambo for You" in Spanish—the enthusiastic instructors welcome students of all experience levels and abilities.
