My style is to remind clients of their potential maintaining positive and uplifting dialogue.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I moved to UT within the last few months and found that a lot of parents are sacrificing their fitness to make sure their children are cared for. My idea is to combine the best of both worlds: yoga and child engagement!

What do you love most about your job?
I love yoga, I can't stress that enough. I love the light in people's eyes when they get a chance to relax and absorb the classes benefits during final savasana, or the final rest pose.
