Man Up Texas BBQ
Man Up Texas BBQ's experts seem to know everything there is to know about barbecue. Their blog documents everything about the state's barbecue subculture, as well as backyard smoking setups and a list of over 150 and counting Texas-style barbecue joints around the world. Luckily for the rest of us, these devotees help cultivate a like-minded community by leading excursions that give meat lovers an up-close look (and taste) of the best spots. Tour guides provide transportation to the hottest barbecue joints around Austin, where guests can sample brisket, sausage, and other smoked specialities and, time permitting, glimpse the pitmasters at work. The company also offers jaunts that incorporate a stop at a local craft brewery.
