The only reason Mandala Nation isn’t getting 5 Stars is because, on a frigid day, I had a hard time finding her space. She is located within Village Wellness and the door is at the back of the building. You actually enter after going down a set of stairs from the parking in back. From there on it is a lovely experience. Sage is very informative and open, while also being intuitive. I will go back

Just very disappointed. I had booked an appointment online, received the reminder email and showed up as booked. She was not there at all and the office was closed. I called and left messages, there was zero way to email or respond to the automated message for my booking confirmation. She finally called me back and said she could do the appointment if I waited about an hour. I said I had to pay for my parking again and she said she would reimburse me, so I agreed. She was apologetic and nice, but it was a very weird experience. Other people showed up and were extremely loud and distracting outside her work space. The reiki portion was fine, the "massage" is not like any massage I have had before. She calls it Chinese medical massage, I have had plenty of Chinese massages before but this was excruciating and awkward. She kept flicking my scalp with her fingers nails very hard all over, it was so bad that my head was throbbing for 2 days and very sore afterwards, then she asked me to get off the table and sit on a chair, so I'm trying to cover myself up and she's poking at my back and i'm super cold and uncomfortable. She never did reimburse me for my parking, she never even asked for my groupon number but I offered it. She gave me a "gift" of some soap and some earrings and said she would also call me to complete the 3rd part of my groupon a reading that I did not have time to do. Well it has been months and months and she has never contacted me again. So all I can say is this was not what I was expecting, I get massages and reiki all the time and I would not recommend this based on the lack of followthrough and services. I just expected that if you say you are sorry and offer to reimburse for parking and call to finish the services I purchased in the groupon you would and not just ignore me and hope I go away. I didn't make a mistake, I prebooked an appointment and showed up on time and she blamed her system and didn't even want to look at my email I had proving I had booked an appointment.
