Terrible experience, lashes were over processed and 2 weeks later still fried and unmanageable. I contacted Debbie but she said that has never happened in her 4 years of doing it so it must have been something I did and that she doesn't offer refunds. Very rude and wasn't interested in learning how it may have happened so she could avoid it in the future.
