This is a "two-for-one" experience, as you get a guided tour of both a reproduction, frontier fort AND a tour of a 250 year old house! If you count the displays on local history and country music in the visitor's center, it is almost a three-for-one!

About Mansker's Station

Mansker's Station is a historic site in Tennessee from the 18th century. Visitors may take a tour to see what life was like living on the frontier living on a plantation during those years. On this site, stand a replicated fort Mansker's Fort and the Historic Bowen's House built circa 1787, making it the oldest brick structure in Middle Tennessee. The tour guides pride themselves on a hands-on approach as well as offering a museum in the welcome center.
