What You'll Get
A recently discovered alternative to the indoors, going "outside" offers adventurous explorers exposure to things such as wind, sunshine, and the naturally occurring mazes found in cornfields. Leave the indoors with today's Groupon to Maple Lane Tree & Garden Center in Urbana. Choose from the following options:
- For $7, you get admission for two to the Fall Fun Festival (up to a $15.90 value)
- For $15, you get admission for four to the Fall Fun Festival (up to a $31.80 value)
- For $29, you get admission for eight to the Fall Fun Festival (up to a $63.60 value)
Maple Lane Tree & Garden Center's Fall Fun Festival launches the sounds of revelry through sprawling rows of healthy fauna as visitors indulge in the thrills of misdirection by exploring the enormous maze. The elaborate corn maze poses a 45- to 90-minute adventure fraught with false exits. The garden center’s straw maze allows smaller labyrinth conquistadors to test navigational skills, and the no-right-turn maze befuddles the internal compasses of challengers. Diminutive guests fill the cooling air with joyful shrieks as they romp in the golden kernels of the corn pit, giving chaperones a chance to chat and meander.
Though not included in this Groupon, vintage manual water pumps fuel rubber-duck races ($2.50), and a massive slingshot allows guests to propel water balloons ($4 for large bucket) at targets nearly 200 feet away. While carousing in the autumnal arena, visitors can take a complimentary hayride to the gem-mining station to uncover arrowheads, fossils, or gemstones with a real mining sluice ($5.50+) or peruse wares in the garden gift shop for something to comfort pet trees that had to stay at home.
Though Maple Lane Tree & Garden center sometimes offers a discounted price online, this Groupon still offers the best deal available.
