Q:

The description implies that each of the participants in the class will be offered the food prepared during the class, thus making a pretty good meal for the evening, and an even better Groupon deal. "Chef Anthony begins by unveiling his recipe for Cajun gumbo, which is served by the cup as a starter. After that, it’s on to an appetizer, entrée, and dessert that will change with each class." Is this truly the case or am I misreading it? Patrick C

Q:

Does each person get the gumbo starter and an appetizer OR entree OR dessert depending on what the chef is teaching that day? That's the impression I got. Thanks!

Chelsea J.  asked on  Jul 26, 2012

A:

Each person gets the gumbo, the starter, the entree and dessert. The class teaches the complete 4 course meal and everyone gets to eat each course.

Q:

Does Creole cooking have a lot of cilantro in it? Cilantro makes me sick, and your course description says you cannot accomodate diet restrictions, so I was wondering if the dishes typically have cilantro. Thanks.

A:

There is no cilantro used in cajun/creole cooking
