Quite an enjoyable evening with family and friends! Margaret and staff provided quite a bit of information on teas - history, health benefits, types of teas and brewing instructions. It is one of my favorite stores to visit and regularly purchase good tea.

Five of us had a fantastic time learning interesting facts about origins, health benefits, history and stories about tea. The owner and teacher, Margaret was so welcoming and informative. And we sampled some of the best tasting teas. Definitely, an enjoyable evening!!

Very informative class. Lots of fun. Variety of tea samples to try and a large variety of teas to shop from after. Only thing I would change is a bigger location for the class. We were packed in the store pretty tight.

About Margaret's Fine Imports

In her bio, Margaret Harris jokes that she "may have had her first 'cup of tea' when she was only one day old." That's because Harris was raised in Poland, where tea, she writes, "is the primary household beverage." Today, she applies her training at the Warsaw Medical College to discuss the health benefits of her brews with customers at her tea-and-coffee shop, Margaret's Fine Imports. In addition to stocking more than 200 types of loose-leaf tea, from Chinese green tea to British teas such as Taylor's Yorkshire Gold tea and PG Tips, Harris completes proper tea times with German and Polish sweets, Asian-style tea sets, and napkins autographed by the Mad Hatter.
