What You'll Get
Fusing international cuisines creates provocative new dishes, whereas fusing international languages still just sounds like Latin. Savor flavors without borders with this Groupon: for $10, you get $20 worth of fusion tacos and drinks at Margs Taco Bistro, redeemable at locations on Wynkoop Street and Fillmore Street.
Fresh, home-pressed tortillas and scratch-made ingredients anchor Margs Taco Bistro’s trim menu, which weaves exotic international flavors into classic Mexican street fare. Margs’ 13 gourmet tacos populate platters in twos ($7.50) or threes ($9.50), with a peanut-sauce-smothered Asian creation whisking palates across the global flavorscape alongside a Moroccan taco flavored with slow-roasted Korean pork, curry yogurt, and pineapple habanero salsa. Patrons can sip on more than a dozen tequilas as servers dodge spiraling throwing stars to deliver the Ninja taco’s robust panoply of blackened tilapia, Carolina slaw, and wasabi cucumber drizzle. Sunlight skates across an outdoor patio replete with counter seating, which overlooks the eatery's open-air dining room, a modern space augmented by modern furnishings, a full-service bar, and disk-shaped fixtures alight with volcanic luminescence.

About Marg's Taco Bistro
Fresh from their successful founding and franchising of the Smiling Moose Deli, local restaurateurs Kevin Sloane and brothers Bryan and Kevin Brutsch have tackled a new project: experimenting with what international influences can fit into a taco tortilla. Each freshly made tortilla arrives filled with treasures from disparate and delicious cuisines, such as spicy chicken vindaloo, slow-roasted Mexican carnitas, or Caribbean jerk pulled pork. Garnishes and sides add a splash of color, texture, and intense flavor, from the housemade guacamole and pico de gallo to the cripsy slaw blends and jicama.
A laid-back vibe permeates through Marg's LoDo and Cherry Creek restaurants, thanks to cool green walls, rustic wood accents, and generous patio seating. Diners share a leisurely hour or two among friends, with no need to don a blazer or formal taco bib, while sipping margaritas spruced up with herbs from the restaurant mini garden.
