I did a sit down dinner. The server gave us a different menu with subquality/ inexpensive dishes. If I am buying cheaper food anyway, then what did I save through Groupon??!!! Plus they added more hidden fees, that was not explained - phishy. Will not buy this deal again.

We had never tried this longtime Belltown restaurant and were so pleasantly surprised; the ambience and food matched up so well! The highlight really was a combination of our gracious server, the food (we did a set meal) and the flourishes (hand washing, soft warm bread, hot mint tea etc) that accompanied a robust meal -- ! absolutely recommend!

The atmosphere was wonderful. The wait staff was informative and courteous. The opening dishes for the five-course meal were very good. Entrees were fine, although the lamb entree portion was a bit skimpy compared to other Moroccan restaurants we've been to.

About Marrakesh Moroccan Restaurant

Cream-striped fabrics spread across the ceiling, transforming the dining room at Marrakesh Moroccan Restaurant into a sultan's tent. Hanging metal lanterns and a string of colorful lights cast soft shadows on damask panels, and patrons perch on small pillows around low circular tables as they bask in Moroccan hospitality. Diners feast from a menu featuring delicacies such as lamb m’rouzia simmered in honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and roasted almonds; braised cornish hen in preserved lemon and olives; and the national dish of Morocco, couscous topped with lamb or chicken, onions, chickpeas, and a seven-vegetable medley. Marrakesh Moroccan Restaurant's five-course Royale Feast Dinner highlights the chef's selections, and Moroccan beers and wine pair with dishes.
