They need something to help with the sound there. If you struggle with sound, this may not be a good fit. Or at least call ahead and see if they are very busy. It was like a huge echo chamber and almost physically painful for us adults and kids alike. The staff was gracious in telling us we can come back another time. The play space seems really nice and people are nice. So we may try it again.
