Mass Fat Loss was instrumental for my weight loss attempt. I have never really dieted before but needed to lose about 10-15 lbs. They gave me a plan and within 20 days I lost 14 lbs. I feel great and have so much more energy. They even alerted me to a possible food allergy that I was unaware of. Highly recommend.

Run, do not walk to Mass Fat Loss! If you need to lose weight, trust Pam and Ray at MFL to get you to your goal. I lost 23 pounds and feel like a new person. My blood pressure is better, my A1c normal and my total cholesterol went from 167 to 107! This plan requires some discipline but you will love the results and personally, I was never hungry. Pam was my coach throughout my 40 days and helped me every step of the way. I am currently working the extended plan for another 30 days and have lost an additional 3 pounds this week. I have not been very successful losing weight in the past, but this time I found the desire, discipline and support I needed to succeed.
I am a nurse and was a little hesitant to try this this program but my daughter had a neighbor that was very pleased. It has really changed my life. I did the 21 day plan that cost me $500 with the Groupon but it was well worth it. I learned a lot about myself including my ability to restrain myself from eating, make better choices, and the fact I felt really GREAT when I wasn't eating carbohydrates! My nausea went away, I didn't have that sick full stomach at night, I really wasn't hungry too often, and even after the 3 weeks I lost 2 more pounds on the initial maintenance. Now I am about 4 weeks out, I lost 13 lbs, my A1C is back to the normal range from the prediabetic range. I feel good about myself and how I look now. I continue to weigh myself every day or every other day and adjust my intake when I begin to meet my baseline. Pam was very responsive and texted me every day. She modified my diet when I didn't loose weight on a few occasions. I eat a limited amount of carbs now and know the power of protein! I also was afraid at first that I would get lightheaded but that never happened. I had only one minor headache on the second week and never felt the symptoms of low blood sugar that historically for me has sometimes trigger a migraine.
