About Massa' Coastal Italian Restaurant
Growing up along the Italian shores of the Mediterranean Sea, Chef Francesco often spent time catching fish with a spear gun. Even though he moved away from Italy, the executive chef at Massa' Coastal Italian Restaurant hasn't lost his sense of culinary adventure. He still visits Italy multiple times per year, helping him stay in touch with his roots and allow his food to show customers 'who he is'. He flies fresh fish in from the Mediterranean and makes daily trips to the Fulton Fish Market to prepare what he calls ocean-to-table cuisine. Westchester Magazine praised Chef Francesco's eye for fresh fish and his delicate hand with sauces. The two converge with the pesce e crostacei, a fresh pick of the day grilled or oven-roasted and dressed in a sauce that enhances the seafood’s flavors. The menu also features a variety of steaks and pastas.
