Scheduled an appointment for Friday 6/27 with Georgia on Wednesday, was told to send full name + email. I sent the information... I thought it was a little strange that I hadn't gotten any kind of confirmation, but anywho Friday approaches; still no word so my intuition tells me I'm going to get to this appointment and can't get the service or something. I arrive and greet her initially with a warm, enthusiastic hello! She asks how can she help or something of the sort and I say I have a 4pm appointment, she looks puzzled. I instantly get annoyed I say I spoke with someone and scheduled they asked me to send my name and email. She doesn't recall the txt so asks me to send another quick text, I do. She becomes slightly flustered bc my energy has now shifted due to the unprofessional but we end up doing the service! It wasn't all bad in the end. I would probably give her another try... Maybe she should hire an assistant or use some kind of system that can automate scheduling for her going forward.
