I have back damage and soreness due to operating a backhoe/ loader. Would this type of massage be of benifit to me? Ron

As long as the damage is to soft tissue, such as Muscles and Tendons, and not bone, cartilage, nerves, or discs, massage can be very helpful due to muscle strain, repetitive use, and overuse. It can increase the blood circulation in the area for healing and relieve pain. If you have bone, nerve or disc damage, you need to get doctor approval before I can massage. I have many clients with spinal issues, including implants, fusions, and disc issues that I work on regularly, and report pain relief. I hope that was helpful.
