You buy brake pad/rotor replacement from Groupon, and when it's time to use it, they will charge you an extra $120-150+ (depending if it's gold or platinum service) at the shop. At the time of this review, that is not written at all in the fine print. Also, if you are out of town, they will take advantage of you and find something else to work on. According to a trusted shop that I went to after declining the extra work on this shop, they definitely SABOTAGE a part just so they can replace it with a new one (and of course, charge you extra for the labor). My mechanic, btw, fixed it without ordering the new part. BUYER BEWARE. Anyone who calls you "my friend" when selling you a service is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Your vehicle is a newer model, which typically requires more expensive parts. That is why there was a price difference — not due to any hidden fee or surprise charge. You were also advised about a safety-related issue that we recommended repairing. You chose to decline that repair. That decision speaks volumes, and it's unfortunate you're offended by our professional recommendation. We always have our customers' safety in mind. Accusations of sabotage are baseless and completely false. We take pride in our honest work and transparent service. No work is ever done without a customer’s approval, and all issues are documented with photos and explained in detail. As for calling customers "my friend" — it’s simply part of our welcoming and respectful shop culture. It's a shame that was misinterpreted.
