Rene was very knowledgeable. He and his helper were in and out within 45 mins. I received a thorough inspection of the exterior of my fireplace, quotes to fix minor issues found, and an interior chimney cleaning. We were very happy with their professionalism and service.

The Masters Air Ducts people were great; got rid of the mold in 3 of my HVAC ducts, did deep cleaning of all 7 of my ducts and outflow vent, changed my HVAC filter for me, vacuumed when they were finished, and repainted the areas around 2 of the vent grates where mold had slightly stained my ceilings.
My ONLY complaint about them is that they have come twice on Sunday mornings, and both times they came after 9A, when the service window began at 8A. I understand that the owner has 5 children and it is difficult for him to get out of the house early, but then he should change the service window to beginning at 9A. Sunday is usually my morning to sleep late, and both of those Sundays I could really have used that extra hour of sleep.
