The lady was very patient. However, it took way too long for a hair color and a simple haircut. It was very annoying experience and I will prefer somewhere more professional in color and cut.

denise was nice but hair cut didn't come out nice.my hair looked dully with no style after haircut. she offered to come back for fixing it. but I wouldn't go back because I don't think she would do any good job. she is not good at hair cutting. and I felt lucky that she didn't cut too short to make it total mess.
