It took several weeks of playing phone tag with the company in order to set up our initial appointment. For our first appointment, the worker was hours late so I had to call to see if he was in fact coming and once again left a message. For our remaining appointments, I have no idea if they have come to work on our lawn as they have not left a note in the mailbox or a flag on the lawn or anything of the sort. It would be useful to know if they were actually coming on our scheduled appointment times. It also, does not appear that the treatments are helping our lawn either.

I like to support small local businesses in purchasing groupons. For the most part I have been satisfied. However, we called MasterScape Yard Developments repeatedly and left messages, and never were we called back. I understand being busy, who isn't, I work full time and have a family in addition to taking my Masters, I get busy, however in being a smaller local business your first priority should be the customer - word of mouth is a powerful and free markeitng tool. However, I was very dissapointed with the service and I do not appreciate not receiving any call back. I wont ever use MasterScape Yard again - especially not when there are competing companies who call me back.

I was disappointed in the treatment this company gave me in that, after the first visit ,they never responded to telephone messages or email messages. The guy who came out in June was very friendly and did a good job, but we were never able to get more lawn treatments because of an inability to get a hold of them. I am not sure if their business is still open???

It is really frustrating to purchase a service from a business that will not answer your calls and emails, does not attend your house for scheduled service, allows their voice mail box to fill to capacity so no more messages can be left. Basically, this is the poorest customer service that I have recieved in several years! I will never do business with Masterscape again and I will tell all of my friends about my bad experience!
