I've thought highly of this car wash since it's opening. I was a little disappointed with the last 2; which includes this one though Groupon. Bird poop was still over passenger door and a few of the vacuums didn't work

First time getting vehicle washed at Matick Auto Wash and I wish I could say it was my last. I purchased the 10 wash so now I have 9 more inadequate washes to go. My vehicle did not get clean when going thru this car wash. I am including a couple of photos to show the dirt left on my vehicle and tires after getting washed at Matick Auto Wash.

IF I DID'NT HAVE THE GROUPON TICKET I WOULD NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. IN THE WINTER I HAVE TO COME HOME AND GET BUCKETS OF HOT WATER TO FINISH THE POOR JOB THE WORKERS DO. THEY DO NOT USE BRUSHES TO GET THE HEAVY SALT RESIDUE OFF.THEIR IS A SIGN WHEN YOU ENTER--NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL FROM VEHICLE. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A CAR WASH??
