Q:

We want to buy a temperpedic kingsize bed. The manufacturer is offering a labor day discount of $400. If we buy the $99 groupon can we also use the $351 AND the Labor Day discount together?

tom k.  asked on  Aug 29, 2012

A:

Yes you may. Tempur-Pedic promotions are separate from this Groupon offer. The Groupon is an instant rebate and is completely different from Tempur-Pedic or any other manufacturer offer, e.g., Serta's "up to $400 off" offer.

Q:

Does the groupon apply to current promotions on tempur-pedic sets..

tom k.  asked on  Aug 29, 2012

A:

Tempur-Pedic promotions are completely separate from the Groupon offer. Since the Groupon offer is treated as an instant rebate, it may be used in addition to any Tempur-Pedic offer.

Q:

what if i wanted to only buy two twin mattresses and NO BOX springs would that still usable under the terms and conditions for this coupon?

rachel s.  asked on  Aug 28, 2012

A:

Though the deal is for mattress sets (mattress and box spring), we have been allowing people to purchase mattresses if the cost of the mattress without box spring meets or exceeds the required price. For example, if you purchased a $50 Groupon, then the price of the twin mattresses would need to be at least $399. So if your two mattresses were priced at $500, then you would only pay $250 in addition to the Groupon.

Q:

Can you use this groupon on your current Labor Day sales?

Jennifer M.  asked on  Aug 27, 2012

A:

Thanks for your question Jennifer. Yes, you can use the Groupon on the vast majority of sale items. There are a few exceptions. You cannot use the Groupon on "Instant Rebate" items, "Special Purchase", or some clearance items.

Q:

The Groupon states that it must be used in the purchase of a mattress set. However, if I just need to purchase a mattress and not a box spring, am I still able to use the deal?

Terrence B.  asked on  Aug 24, 2012

A:

Very good question, Terrence. The Groupon does state that the deal is for sets (mattress and box spring): however, we can honor the deal on a mattress if, and only if, the price of the mattress alone meets or exceeds the deal price conditions. For example, if you should purchase the $99 for $450 deal on sets at $999 or above, you would need to purchase a mattress that by itself would sell for $999 or above. Thanks for your interest. We will advise our Sleep Specialists.

Contact Groupon and they might be able to switch it for you
