Tech rescheduled many times and I was able to work with her. Day of I arrived at 11:50 for my 12p appt. She said she’d be right out to unlock the door for me. I waited 25 minutes, texting reminders that I was there and she didn’t to answer. I checked the door again, still locked. I got in my car to leave. She finally reached out and was ready but I didn’t have time. Unprofessional impression.
