Exercisers come to the studio five days a week during the six-week challenge. Each visit, groups spend 45-minutes performing lively and entertaining exercises with The Max of Piscataway's expert instructors, who can adjust their cardio and strength-training routines for most skill levels. The challenge also includes a complete fitness and nutrition program to help achieve optimal results. Classes are held Monday through Friday at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:15 a.m., and 8:15 p.m. Cardio sessions are Monday and Wednesday, arms focus on Tuesday, legs focus on Thursday, and Kickboxing on Friday.
