Each one-hour Fit Box class combines boxing and martial-arts moves with total-body strength training. Classes are offered Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Thursdays from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Each 45-minute SuperCore class blends abdominal and core-strength-training movements. Classes are offered Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:15 a.m., Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:15 a.m., and Saturdays 10:15 a.m. to 11 a.m.
