Thanks for the question! Classes are held every weekday for five weeks, and sessions are available at the following times: 5am, 6am, 9:30am, or 8:15pm.

I have a sporadic schedule , will not always be able to make 9:30 AM session, may need to attend evening session or 6 am session at times. Also traveling for work a few days and will have to miss 2 days .The real ? is can a really out of shape fat woman do this program ? I am ready - again
