The Max Challenge of Princeton
The Max Challenge of Princeton specializes in a signature 10-week fitness challenge designed to yield results and transform clients' entire bodies. The system combines exercise, nutritional guidance, and motivation, helping clients to pursue their potential and achieve their fitness and health goals. Trainers design cardio and strength-training exercises to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, as well as a nutrition program that includes food education and menus of foods that can be found in an everyday supermarket. The third pillar of the system—motivation—hinges on The Max Challenge of Princeton's vast support system of individuals and trainers all working toward a common goal.
