At Maximum Body Fitness, the owner's philosophy, "Work hard and have fun," is not taken lightly. Certified trainer MaryBeth motivates patrons of all ages and fitness levels to move their bodies in Tabata, boot camp, barre, boxing, kettlebell, and Pilates classes. During her fun-focused 60-minute sessions, students not only burn calories, but also develop friendships and a sense of accountability—in that they don't want to disappoint their comrades by not showing up for a workout. To help folks lead overall healthier lifestyles, she also helms programs that map out meal plans, meet weekly for small-group training sessions, and use a private Facebook page that offers group support and selfies of the gym.
