What You'll Get
Unlike the instant gratification of government-funded genetic engineering, manually achieving a slim and toned physique can be a lonely, bumpy road. Give your willpower some company with today's deal. For $47, you get a three-week women's-only boot-camp session, including a diet plan and nine workout sessions, at Maximum Fitness, a $199 value. Get your elliptical to stop waxing poetic on the benefits of cardio by enrolling in real-live-human–led boot camp for maximum muscular results.
The Mount Washington fitness studio begins each three-week session with a brief orientation, in which new campers are weighed and measured, in addition to posing for "before" photos. A diet plan is set in place, and campers are then led on a guided tour through a local grocery store to learn about effective fat-burning food groups before embarking on the hard-core lifestyle of the fit. The three-week training camp consists of nine 45-minute classes that focus on a fat-fighting combination of cardio interval training and resistance training. Open to all fitness levels, the boot camp provides women with personalized attention, motivation, and shapelier "after" photos. Classes are held each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9 a.m., 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. Participants will also receive a grocery-store tour to learn more about shopping for healthy food choices.
Though diets that consist exclusively of gravy and Slim Jims bring temporary euphoria, being fit and eating healthily create a long-lasting happiness that even the tastiest of meat juices can't smother. While this deal may be purchased as a gift by men, women, or satyrs, classes are open to women only.
- I have tried every fitness tape (Cindy Crawford and Tae Bo, too!) and even had a personal trainer once. Nothing I have done in the past got me the results that Kyle has! I feel great, and save money on a therapist! haha! – Angela, Facebook
- Since joining Maximum Fitness, I have transformed the way I eat and how I view exercise…I actually “look forward” to getting my butt kicked at bootcamp every night. – Jennifer, Maximum Fitness testimonials
