What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration to open this business is simple: to provide quality service and haircuts has been my goal from the beginning. Now that I have my own store I am able to cater to my customers and meet their needs directly.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing new and regular customers on a daily basis. Making new friends every day is such a joy to me!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Recently we had a customer ask for a particular haircut that no other hair salon/barber ship would do. We were happy to do this type of haircut. The customer was so happy she cried from joy! Seeing her so happy with her new haircut was one of the most fulfilling experiences I have ever had.
