Boot-camp instructors mimic group personal training sessions by tailoring high-intensity workout routines to accommodate men and women of all fitness levels. Classes meet on the following schedule:
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 a.m., 10 a.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m.
- Fridays at 6 a.m., 10 a.m., and 5 p.m.
