During each class, personal trainers lead a 10- to 15-minute warm-up before launching into high-intensity interval-training exercises. Participants can take up to two classes per week, and weekly weigh-ins help participants track their progress. Classes meet at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 8 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays in November and Tuesdays and Thursdays in January, March, and May.<p> The mentor program consists of:
