Q:

Can you switch between morning and evening workouts or if you sign up for say 6pm do you have to do 6pm on Monday/Thursdays the entire time?

Ashley E.  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

Hi Ashley, Unfortunately, we do not have the flexibility to do that as this time. So be sure to select a time that is definitely convenient for you (6am or 6pm). I look forward to seeing you in November. Also to add for our boot camps next year the time and days will be different. This will be the last boot camp offering 6am. Slots are filling up quickly!!!

Q:

Hi, I have a past injury to my wrist that keeps me from doing anything that puts my full weight on it such as push ups, lifting weights from the ground etc. Would modifications be able to be made for this?

Andrea C.  asked on  Oct 14, 2012

A:

If you can't lift any weights and we make those modifications the workout will be much less intense for you, but it can be done!

Q:

It's me again. I see that the mentor program is only 6 weeks. I also see I can only buy one. I'd like to do this for 12 weeks...Should I just do the 12 weeks and do the mentor program?? btw, this is Elizabeth. I just sent a question as to whether I could do this weighing 255 lbs. Thanks, Elizabeth

Elizabeth P.  asked on  Oct 13, 2012

A:

Hi Elizabeth. If you want the 12 weeks of camp you can purchase that option via Groupon, then pay Maxxout directly for an upgrade to the mentor program which is $25 extra dollars per 6 weeks totalling $50. We take cash, credit, and checks.

Q:

I weigh 255 pounds......can I do this??? I need help. Would definitely do the mentor program if you think it's ok for me to do this at such a high weight. Look forward to hearing from you!!! Elizabeth

Elizabeth P.  asked on  Oct 13, 2012

A:

The question is not can you do this...Its DO YOU WANT TO DO THIS?! This camp is going to be hard, not easy! You are going to be out of breath, tired, hate the trainers, feel like puking, and maybe even get dizzy! But your body will get stronger if you stay dedicated! We work with all levels, and give modifications. Maxxout means that each individual goes to THEIR maxx! Your maxx won't be the person beside you's maxx! We push you based on where you are at! I used to be over 265lbs at one point, so I totally understand how you feel. So if you are fed up, and READY FOR CHANGE sign up. If you don't want to sweat or breath hard, you should pass on this one. ~MJ
