Great customer service! After an initial snafu where I was unable to reach anyone, nor receive any confirmation that my order was received, they reached out to me and were apologetic of course, but more importantly they made it right. We spoke on the phone, they confirmed the order and delivered it themselves the next day. Then they followed up after I received the tea set to ensure my satisfaction. They have integrity and they care. The tea set itself is simple and thoughtfully designed to handle all your steeping needs from the blooming to the loose leaf. Thank you Maya!

I have tea with my granddaughter’s ( 7, 11 )once a month and when we all saw the flower blooming before our eyes we all were amazed!
