What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a HR leader I often saw talented people passed up due to their lack of knowledge/experience in interviewing. Interviewing is a skill that needs to be developed in order to be competitive in todays aggressive job market. Resumes and networking are essential keys to that process and success.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to share, coach and develop people during a time of career transition and then seeing their success has to be the biggest sense in accomplishment for Mayflower Management Group
