Never answered the phone for 4 days straight with calls made many times through out the day. NOR did they evey show up for a confirmed/scheduled pick up! I will never use or recommend this company.

Hi we gave over 24 hours notice that our flight was changed. I called the 973 302 4142 number several times and the message said that voice mail hadn't been set up. I also texted the number but got no response. We had to take a taxi because we had no idea if you received our communication which obviously you did not since I got a call from the driver who heard nothing. I deal with car services all the time and communication is essential when dealing with travel. We are very disappointed as it had been impossible to book a flight for months. We are going to insist on a refund via Groupon.
