What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a Hispanic woman with engineering background, becoming a successful professional was not an easy task. Now that I am up and solid in my career and life, I decided to help others providing the tools, guidance, experience, and support, to an accelerated successful life/career.v

What do you love most about your job?
The diversification of my clients (from minorities, millennials, executives, etc.) and the opportunity to make a change and impact in so many lives. When I get clients I coached and mentored coming back to me expressing how much they improved with my help, that’s the best reward.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When a client mentioned that she has the notes of our first session printed out and placed in her wall because those are the most inspirational words & questions she ever heard before. Love! Also when their mindset literally switched and they see things differently and share with me.
