I’ve been attempting to receive my newspapers for the past two months. I’ve called customer service every week and they would give me the run around regarding my delivery every single time. I even told them that I could up a paper personally and they told me I was unable to do so. It’s frustrating to know that there’s no refund process or and there is no chance of receiving the paper. Total SCAM!
Groupon experience was a little confusing; after placing order successfully, received a follow up email that led me to believe there was another step involved to actually redeem the Groupon, which to the best of my knowledge, wasn't the case.
In any event, I was able to get the digital version of the Observer today and it appears to be fine. I just need to get use to the format & flow.
Horrible don’t waste your time. I signed up 6 weeks ago and have not received one paper yet. I call every week and they say I’m so sorry we’ll escalate the issue and get it resolved yet I still don’t have a paper
I had ordered this back in October as of today, December 5, 2021, I have received only ( 1 ) Sunday paper!!! I have to call each Sunday about NOT receivceing the paper. They keep telling they will fix the problem. Problem has NOT been resolved!
