Unfortunately, our system is only able to process credit cards from certain areas outside of the US. On both the purchase page and in the credit cards section of your "My Account" page, there is a "State/Province" drop-down menu. If your card is registered in a country or state that is not currently on this list, then you will not be able to use it for a Groupon purchase.
