David & Ally are fantastic instructors. Not only are they masters of their craft, they are masters at instilling confidence and enthusiasm in their students through instruction in a fun and supportive environment. I've hesitated moving from Auto mode to Manual mode on my DSLR, but after taking the beginning class and learning so much about the mechanics of the camera and lens, the various settings and how all of this affects exposure, I now have the confidence to shoot in Manual. Highly recommend their classes!

Learning at McKay Photography Academy is nothing short of wonderful! I have always been interested in photography but never found the right class or environment. Dave and Ally tag-team classes which are very educational, respectful (of knowledge and ability) and fun! I understand how to use my camera now with more confidence and continue to take classes from them to further my ability to understand photography as an art. I just returned from my first tour with MPA to Yellowstone National Park - there are no words to describe the experience except phenominal! I am living my dream learning to create pictures I am proud of!! Thank you MPA!!
