What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Gerald Nichols, owner and CEO, has been in the landscape business for over 20 years. McKinley is his second landscape business and his desire to provide solutions for his customers stems from the lack of other quality contractors.

What do you love most about your job?
I love providing solutions to customers, really getting to know my clients and provide them with what they need to improve and enjoy their yards. I love seeing a client's face when they see the end result of a project or hearing the rave reviews they give to neighbors after we work on their yard.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I have a client that has invited me to dinner and provided us with over 5 additional clients over the last 2 years. Any time you get close enough to your clients where you can laugh and cry with them, you know you're doing something right.
