Twisty-turny corn maze, adventurous hayrides & animal-filled petting farm offers seasonal fun for families
Before corn mazes, families could only get their labyrinthine fixes via the backs of cereal boxes or by purposefully losing their car in the mall parking lot. Enjoy seasonal searching with today's Groupon to McNab's Corn Maze in Nanaimo. Choose from the following options:
- For $6, you get admission for two adults, valid Monday–Friday (a $12 value).
- For $10, you get a family pass, valid Monday–Friday (a $20 value). For $10, you get a family pass, valid Saturday and Sunday (a $20 Value).
Families can get their annual quota of autumnal activities during one visit to McNab's Corn Maze. Visitors enter fall's perennially perplexing star, the corn maze, and bob and weave through 7 acres of paths lined with tall, swaying cornstalks, and the occasional wise-alec scarecrow advising passersby to go both ways at once. After mastering the edible labyrinth, corn stalkers can stroll over to the petting zoo to catch up with the farm animals and hop on a hayride to take in pastoral panoramas. Beginning October 7, guests can also pick through the pumpkin patch filled with wannabe jack-o'-lanterns and aspiring Headless Horseman head doubles for an extra charge.
