About Meant to Bead

Meant to Bead stocks a vast range of sparkling beads and accessories including Swarovski crystals, Czech glass beads, and clasps and findings across a 3,700 square foot shop floor. With so many choices, the staff makes it easy to delve into the design elements with a slew of jewelry making classes. The intro class assumes everyone is a beginner, starting with the tools of the trade and how they work. You then use pliers and silver wire to make your own beaded bracelet and earrings. Once you've gained a few skills, you can take your new art form home with a selection of beads and wires or try your hand at more challenging classes including bracelet weaving and embossing metal for steam punk pendants. The shop also lists design ideas on its website to inspire you to create your own necklaces or lifesize beaded friends.
