Meatball Room's kitchen serves seven different meatball varieties everyday, either eaten on their own, nestled in pasta, or served up on a sub roll. The meatballs range from the traditional (classic, spicy Sicilian) to the inventive (beef brisket, sweet n' sour), to the utterly unexpected (taco, Asian pork). With three separate dining areas, Meatball Room lets visitors customize their entire eating experience. A family-style dining area in the main room lets diners glimpse into the open kitchen, where Chef Louie and his team are busy stirring sauce and slipping dough into the oven. In the lounge, meanwhile, revelers dance and mingle, sipping cocktails that teem with the fog of liquid nitrogen sourced from local bogs.
