With a family of Italian restaurants already flourishing, Meatballs, Etc. owners Michele and Gennaro DiMeo decided to focus on the faster, more casual side of Italian dining. Enter the meatball, the cornerstone for their build-your-own Italian subs and pastas.
The simple concept comes with a diverse menu, as choices include classic, turkey, lamb, or gluten-free meatballs. Whether ordering them on a meatball parm sub or on a plate of pasta, diners also get to choose from eight sauces like roasted pepper pesto and four-cheese Alfredo, and a host of veggies and cheeses. The menu also offers non-meatball options in the form Italian sausage and chicken dishes, plus salads and Italian wedding soup.
