With my hands on Reiki therapy, clients feel more aligned, calm, relaxed, peaceful, clear minded and productive. They often describe having a feeling of lightness. Reiki is administered by the hands, placed lightly on or near the body, over the chakras. A session will include an energy clearing using sage or palo santo, chakra reading to assess blockages, crystals to enhance vibrational energetic experience, essential oils to revitalize mind and body senses and soothing music that allows for deep relaxation. Reiki is also great for infants, toddlers, teens and pregnant moms. Reiki works best when received on a regular basis as it enables us to go deeper each time as we heal, align and ascend.
