I highly recommend having your tattoo removal done here. First, it’s very convenient transportation wise, Dupont Circle stop on the red line and then a 15 minute walk. The appointment was easy to book, the text/email notifications were helpful (reminders & instructions). I was greeted and met with a wonderful team. The removal part didn’t hurt that much (wrist), some discomfort, but that’s normal. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and she assured that I was talking the entire procedure so I wouldn’t pay attention to the actual process. She had her own tattoos plus removal experience on herself, which I appreciated. It’s nice to have a technician that truly understands the process and can give personal feedback. After their procedure, I was given a hydrogel sheet to cover the area plus given instructions on how to care of the area. Thank you for making this experience easy, smooth and comfortable.

The nurse who did my microneedling was extremely thorough and very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend trying to come on Thursdays or Fridays to get her!
