The menu includes a variety of cold, hot, and fried tapas, including grilled shrimp and avocado served with roasted beets ($7), spinach ravioli ($7), housemade empanadas with organic chicken ($7), and slow-cooked pork belly with mango-pineapple chutney, figs, and port reduction ($8). The restaurant also serves speciality tapas that aren’t listed on the menu, including steamed Galician-style octopus ($16) and quail stuffed with manchego and chorizo in a peppercorn brandy-cream sauce ($14). Drinks include red and white wines, primarily from Spain and Argentina.<p>

The restaurant will celebrate its grand re-opening on June 13, when the space will ignite with live music as diners enjoy complimentary tapas and wine.

Tinto Tapas Bar

With a space designed for casual mingling alongside a menu more suited for expensive cutlery, Tinto Tapas Bar chef and owner Carlos Hernandez has created an eatery that is both upscale and unrefined. Guests lounge at tables amid vibrant hues of red and yellow as servers ferry out small, shareable plates of mushroom risotto with truffle oil and manchego, piquillo peppers stuffed with duck confit, and boneless Black Angus short ribs in a beer and rioja-wine reduction. Private parties mingle and celebrate in private rooms capable of accommodating up to 150 guests, and regular special events highlight rich Spanish wines, savory paella, and other authentic flavors.
